- Develop a procedure, schedule and meeting cycle for reviewing at-risk high school students
- Develop a procedure for creating action plans for at-risk high school students
- Develop a procedure for implementation of action plans for at-risk high school students
- Monitor these processes and engage with building administrators regarding feedback and adjustments to the processes

Implementation of Shared Vision & Goals
- Work with K-4 intervention teams to develop tiered academic interventions that are targeted to individual student needs
- Work with the K-4 intervention teams to implement diagnostic and prescriptive assessments to guide decision-making regarding targeted intervention offerings
- Work with Special Education Supervisor and Building Administrators to align special education literacy curriculum and methodologies with the continuum of services being offered in regular education and through interventions

- Develop and facilitate the District’s crisis support response portion of the overall District Safety Plan, including the Flight Team response and recovery processes after trauma-related events
- Develop and facilitate the District’s comprehensive mental health offerings and tiered system of mental health intervention
- Develop and facilitate the District’s comprehensive behavioral health offerings and tiered system of behavioral health intervention
- Organize and facilitate the District’s resources, supports, processes, and community engagement as they relate to students and families who are experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, family instability, and other socio-economic and domestic barriers to student learning
