Balfour sent us the following message regarding personalization issues with last year's yearbooks. If you should have any questions, you may reach out to Balfour directly at 800-225-3687 or contact one of our yearbook advisors once school has started. Thank you!

Dear Exeter TWP HS Students and Families,

By now, you should have received your copy of the 2024 yearbook. It has been brought to our attention that name personalization was left off of the yearbooks of students who ordered that option. Balfour will issue a monetary credit for the error and will also mail nameplates to the individual homes to be placed on the yearbooks. They should arrive in 1-2 weeks.

This was no fault of the school, the yearbook advisers, or the yearbook committee, and Balfour is taking full responsibility for the mistake. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

7/19/24 UPDATE: Balfour informed us that yearbooks have been shipped. Your book will arrive directly to your home. Thank you for your patience!

As you are aware, our yearbook company, Balfour, informed us that they are experiencing production problems, which will cause a late delivery of yearbooks for the 2023-24 school year. (Please click HERE to see a message from Balfour.) We know you were looking forward to the arrival of the yearbooks prior to the end of the school year, and we are just as disappointed as you are for this delay. Please know that this delay had nothing to do with our students’ and advisors’ creation of the yearbook or a failure to meet deadlines. Unfortunately, many other schools around the country are also affected by this manufacturing delay.

As soon as we receive updates from Balfour, we will post them here and send out a ParentSquare message to students and families.

  • Students who purchased a yearbook will receive an autograph section on Tuesday, June 4th that their friends and teachers can sign and insert into their yearbook once it arrives. Seniors will get their autograph sections after graduation practice and underclassmen will get theirs during their lunches. Please communicate with your child whether they have an order or not to avoid extra confusion. In addition, remaining supplies of old Exeter yearbooks from 2016-2023 will be on sale during this time at a significantly reduced price:
    • $20 for any ONE old yearbook
    • $30 for any TWO old yearbooks
    • $40 for any THREE old yearbooks

Seniors will get the first opportunity for these discounted prices. First come first serve until supplies run out. Please make sure you bring exact cash or a check made payable to "Exeter Township Senior High School" if you plan to purchase an old yearbook.

  • These autograph sections also come with a QR code that takes you to a hi-resolution pdf of the entire yearbook so you can view it digitally in advance.
  • Yearbooks will be shipped directly to your house over the summer so you do not have to worry about picking it up at school.

  • Once you receive your book, please review it for missing or torn pages, printing smears or upside down pages. These production errors, although rare, can be switched out with our extra orders if you do not write in it first. Please see the attached flyer for more details.
  • 2024 Spring supplements, which contain all spring sports, team photos, the spring musical, prom and graduation, are completed and distributed in the fall. You will be notified when orders can be picked up at the office. Extra orders have been purchased in case you missed the opportunity to order one online.
  • When Balfour completes delivery of the yearbooks, there will be a limited number of extra books delivered to the high school over the summer. We will communicate with you dates to sell the remaining available books once they arrive. These will be sold over the summer and/or in the fall.

Again, even though this situation was completely out of our control, we are terribly sorry for the delay. We are grateful for your patience and understanding and look forward to you receiving an amazing yearbook that our students and staff have worked hard all year to create for you.
