If you are moving outside of the district or would like to request your child's educational records to enroll him or her in another school district, please contact the school that your child last attended.
If you are moving to another school within the district, please complete a Residence Change Form. Please accompany this form with your updated proofs of residence. You can find instructions and a list of these documents HERE. Please submit these forms to the school your child currently attends.
