Student Growth and Achievement
Dr. Haller will use multiple data sources to assess student success and growth as appropriate, specific to needs within the district, and as determined annually in collaboration with Assistant Superintendent and Director of Teaching and Learning. Annual or other district performance objectives are articulated and clearly achieved under the direction of Dr. Haller relative to the comprehensive plan.

District Operations and Financial Management
Dr. Haller will work collaboratively with district administration to ensure best practices for instruction, supervision, curriculum development, and management are being utilized. She will work to influence the climate and culture of the district. Dr. Haller will manage effectively, ensuring completion of activities associated with the annual budget, overseeing distribution of resources in support of district priorities, and directing overall operational activities within the district.

Dr. Haller will communicate and effectively engage with the staff, the Board of Directors, and members of the community. She will clearly articulate district goals and priorities, address local and broader issues affecting the district, and build support for district initiatives, programs and short/long-range plans.
