In times of unexpected events and emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority by providing a secure and organized reunification process that brings families back together swiftly and efficiently. Our goal is to make the reunification process as seamless as possible, offering clarity and support when it matters most.
Please read through the information below to familiarize yourself with the district's reunification process. During an emergency, this page will be updated with further information and instructions.
To help you plan
Do not come to the school
Do not report to your child's school until you are given instructions to do so. Students will not be released. Please await further instructions about where and when students will be released. Depending on the incident, this may take place at an alternate location. This information will come to you through ParentSquare.
Bring Photo ID
Only parents/guardians or other authorized emergency contacts designated as such in Skyward will be permitted to pick up students at the reunification site. When picking up students, please be prepared to show a photo ID, such as a driver's license or other official document.
Please be patient
To ensure a safe and responsible reunification between families and students, please expect the process to take time. Please dress accordingly for the weather in case you may be standing outside for a long period of time.
